Billing Method in Category

There are 3 types of Billing Method.

1. User Default Rate
   • User default rate is set at User Profile. Only the Administrator can change the User Default Rate at User Profile.
2. Custom Rate
   • You set this rate if you don't want to use your User Default Rate. You can change the rate later when you create your Activity in accordance to the Client Matter profile.
3. Flat Rate
   • Flat rate is not measured by how long you take to complete the work. It is a fixed fee.
