Setup Client Intake Form

To setup the Client Intake Form, follow these simple steps;

  1. Go to Setting > SimpleCRM. Click on tab Client Intake Form.
  2. Copy the URL to your Client Intake Form
  3. You can also set who should receive notification if there is new lead coming through the Client Intake Form. Just select any user from the list in the input field.
  4. Click Save Setting.


You can use this URL and embed it onto your website. So when interested party like to make inquiry, they can click on the button and it will redirect them to the Client Intake Form.
