How to Add New Potential Case?

What is a Potential?

Potential is a record of opportunity arises from the lead you have recorded earlier. Potential is an indicator of the incoming potential revenue for your practice.


Follow these simple steps;

  1. Go to SimpleCRM > Leads. Click on any lead.
  2. You can see on the right side of the Lead page is the Potential Case area. Click link Add Potential Case.
  3. You need to fill in the Potential Case form.
    1. Case Name
    2. Practice Area
    3. Stage
    4. Date Added
    5. Property Price
    6. Description
  4. Once you are done, you can click on Create Potential button.
